The Access Sheffield IT & Equipment Bursary

The University of Sheffield (UoS) is aware of how challenging the past couple of years have been for students who are about to take the next step in their educational journey and have decided that undertaking a university degree course is the right choice for them.  

Having access to appropriate IT equipment has been recognised as being one of the most significant challenges students from groups that are currently under represented in Higher Education have faced.

We are particularly keen to support our new Access+ students to ensure that they have the appropriate IT and equipment to effectively undertake their chosen courses. To address this we've introduced an Access+ IT & Equipment Bursary.

We have chosen to partner with the JS Group, a company who have a long history of supporting students to utilise their Equipment Bursaries and who provide a wide range of pre- selected educational resources to support university level learning.

By providing this range of items, we hope that you will be able to select the resources that are specific to your individual requirements.

You will own any equipment that you purchase through the scheme and the JS Team will be there to support you with any ongoing advice you may need in respect to the items you purchase.
